📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Typical delivery times are:

At the moment, we ship exclusively within Poland to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm availability.

⏳ What if my order is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please contact us first to receive detailed return instructions.
❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing dezsino@op.pl with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.
